ROSEAN BOBBY: (Waiting as her mother comes in the door from work.)
Hey, Mom. How was your day?
I put some bread in the oven and made a salad.
INT. CLOSE UP
JOAN BOBBY: (Tired)
Ah, You have to be the best daughter a Mom could ever have.
'You know that, sweetheart?
ROSEAN BOBBY: (relaxing)
Yeah, I got your back and you've got mine.
INT: CLOSE UP ROSEAN BOBBY AND JOAN BOBBY
(Joan bends over the back of the couch and kisses her daughter on
the cheek. They pose their faces together for a second and smile.)
INT: CLOSE UP ROSEAN BOBBY:
Can I go out with the girls Friday night? I'll be home before Midnight.
INT: CLOSE UP
JOAN BOBBY:
Do I get to have a long hot bath and go to bed early, then?
INT: CLOSE UP FACE
ROSEAN BOBBY
(laughing to herself)
Yeah, Mom. You can have that.
